i was getting chased by a man in a yard of a house. there was my friend with me and another woman. we ran to my car and tried to get away but i woke up. i fell back asleep and picked up running from the same guy again in the same place. i was caught and he took me inside a house and left me in a room with his sleeping roommate. i tried to make a loud noise to wake the roommate to help. the roommate woke up and set a gas in the room to drug me. i ran to the other room where the guy that caught me was and begged him to stop and let me go. i woke up.
Dreams of being chased are commonly associated with feelings of anxiety, fear, or a sense of being overwhelmed in waking life. In this dream, the man chasing you may represent a situation or person causing stress or pressure in your life. The presence of your friend and another woman could symbolize your support system or relationships with others during challenging times.
The scene where you try to escape in a car but fail to do so before waking up suggests a feeling of being unable to escape or resolve the issue at hand. This feeling is reinforced when you fall back asleep and the dream picks up where it left off, indicating a recurring or unresolved issue in your life.
The man taking you inside the house and leaving you with his sleeping roommate might symbolize feeling trapped or overpowered in a situation where you have little control. The roommate setting gas to drug you could represent a sense of manipulation, deceit, or betrayal from someone close to you.
Your attempt to wake up the roommate for help and then pleading with the man to stop and let you go suggests a desire for assistance and a plea for mercy or understanding in a difficult situation. This could reflect a subconscious need for support, protection, or resolution in your waking life.
Overall, this dream may indicate underlying feelings of being pursued, trapped, or threatened in some aspect of your life. It may be helpful to reflect on any sources of stress or conflict you are currently experiencing and consider taking steps to address or confront these issues to alleviate any feelings of fear or helplessness.
